Making a Complaint
If you wish to make a complaint please follow the procedure in our policy which can be found with our other policies on our: policies page
The arrangements, relating to treatment of complaints from parents of children with SEN concerning the provision made at school are as follows:
The first point of call is always the class teacher to see if any issues can be dealt with through discussion. If no resolution can be found it would need to be taken further to the Headteacher and SENDCo. If a complaint still cannot be resolved at this point it may be put in writing to the Governing Body.
