Head Teacher’s welcome
On behalf of the staff and governors of Wesley Methodist Primary School I would like to welcome you and your family to our school and website.
Wesley Methodist Primary School is an inviting school with eleven classes. It has a real family feel, where the staff are dedicated to providing a stimulating, exciting environment where everyone feels valued and safe, ideas can flourish and pupils can realise their full potential.
By providing a well-structured and engaging curriculum, and by promoting good behaviour through our ‘Good To Be Green’ system, we aim to enthuse in all children a love of learning as well as respect and care for each other.
Whatever the needs of your child we aim to ensure they thrive at Wesley Methodist Primary School feeling safe, having fun and enjoying success. We want our pupils' time in our school to be memorable, build on what they know and help them become lifelong learners.
We value highly the partnership between home and school and encourage all parents to take an active part in the education of their children. The partnership between school staff, parents, governors and other stakeholders is an essential one. Children are at the heart of all we do and their social and emotional well-being, as well as their academic achievements are very important.
Our netballers have set a high standard so far - unbeatable! Here are a few snapshots of our matches so far as well as some of our extreme reading at training. We've got a very busy netball week after half term. Don't forget to bring your letters back to Miss Toth or Miss Marechal.
